Typographical Errors

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, QualityImporters.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. QualityImporters.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, QualityImporters.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped F.O.B. Weston, FL, within 1-2 business days. We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) and FedEx, unless order quantity dictates the use of a common freight carrier. Orders being drop-shipped to your customer will have an imposed fee of $10.00 per order. All fees are subject to change without notice. Third-party shipping is optionally available. Alaska and Hawaii must ship via air (butane excluded.).

All butane lighters are shipped empty of butane fuel in compliance with U.S. federal regulations.


Expedited Shipping - Two-day and Overnight Service

Two-day and overnight delivery service is available for orders placed before 2 p.m EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 p.m. will ship on the following weekday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Expedited service is NOT available to PO boxes.


Butane Shipping Policy

Butane purchases are available in the USA only, and may ship via ground service only, no exceptions, per federal regulations. Purchases eligible for expedited shipping service (two-day or overnight) or for shipment outside the US must not include any butane.

California: Butane purchases shipping to the state of California are restricted to the smaller 1.9oz (100ml) can sizes only, up to a maximum of three cans (larger purchases of butane will be reduced or canceled). Butane can sizes of 8oz (400ml) or larger are excluded from purchases shipping to the state of California.


Minimum Order

Minimum order is $300. Any order that does not meet our minimum will incur a $10 fee.



If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, excluding shipping and handling charges.


To Return or Exchange an item purchased on QualityImporters.com

  • Step 1. Email us at support@qualityimporters.com
  • Step 2. Please include your name, your order # or invoice #, and the item you wish to return in your email.
  • When making a return, please include all original packing materials, accessories and manuals. Merchandise must be unused and received in original condition. Used merchandise is non-returnable. We recommend that you purchase insurance for your return shipment.

Please allow a total processing time of two weeks for refund credits and exchanges. QualityImporters.com reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.

Quality Importers Trading Company Sales Channel And Minimum Advertised Price Policy (Effective November 1, 2019)


To strengthen the position of our brands and products on the market we have implemented a unilateral Minimum Advertised Price Policy (“MAP Policy”). The strong margins between our list prices and MAP prices allows you to generate sustainable profit margins to support your business. Weak MAP Policy and enforcement will lead to price deterioration, which results in a negative financial impact for all of us.


It's imperative that you abide by the MAP Policy. Our MAP pricing sheet has been distributed to all of our partners. It is also available upon request anytime. May you need a copy, please reach out to your Quality Importers account manager.


If you are unsure or unable to identify the brand of any of our items please refer to our yearly wholesale supply catalog or ask your Quality Importers account manager. If you come across a brand name that could be confused by any of our brand names please inform us immediately and we will take the necessary actions.


Also effective November 1st, 2019, we no longer allow retailers to offer our Family of Brands products through any third party e-Commerce platform including but not limited to Amazon, Amazon Canada, e-Bay, Walmart, Wayfair, etc. Our Family of Brands are; Cigar Caddy, Cigar Mechanic, Div Pro, Don Salvatore, Don't Tread On Me, Get-A-Grip, Humidor Supreme, Hydra, Hygroset, Orleans Group, Palio, Paradigm, Quality Importer, Quality Importers Trading, Quality Importers Co., Quality Importers Trading Company, Shuriken, Stinky Cigar, The Big Easy Tobacco Company, Xikar.


As an exception, we are allowing Amazon sales of any of our brands that have been customized with logos, art, etc. by our customers since these items are exclusive to them. Resellers that do not comply will be reported for violation through Amazon’s Brand Protection platform. We are hereby asking you to please follow the pricing structure as detailed in our MAP policy and MAP pricing sheet. The policy equally applies to all channels, including brick and mortar retail and ALL online marketplaces, websites, or any and all digital placements. Failure to comply will result to disruption of product supplies.


We are proud of our role in pioneering new products, designs, and innovative products for the tobacco industry and we are confident that the implementation of the Sales Channel and MAP Policy will enhance the business environment for our products and will increase the profitability of our partners.

We will respond to all of your questions but please understand that the Sales Channel and MAP Policy will not be modified for any reseller as we are unilaterally responsible for the promulgation and implementation of the policy.
